Prishtinë, Design proposal

Located in the sloped terrain, the house consists of simple volumes with continuous indoor/outdoor spaces that raise to the views of the southern Prishtina, creating a visual relationship with the city. The volumes step down the sloped site where the service spaces and garage are located, and cantilever over on the ground floor to reach out to the surrounding views and light for the living/dining/sleeping spaces. The full height sliding windows open the space completely to the exterior, creating a continuous outdoor experience, bringing in the morning sun for the bedrooms and the experience of beautiful sunset for the living/dining area.
