A HYBRID URBAN COMPLEX This is a project proposal for a mixed use urban complexin the city center of Prishtina. A mixed used development where people can live, work, shop, relax, play and park. We consider that this hybrid complex in urban fabric of city center will have significant socio-economic and environmental importance to this process of urban regeneration and densification. This new development with self-organizing qualities aims to redefine modern design principles of hybrid developments in terms of urban planning regeneration in local context.
