Existing Hotel Upgrade in Umag, Croatia

A proposal for an existing building, that needs to stay as is in regards to urban parameters. We have proposed a new color and material palette for the exteriors and completely reorganized the interiors and the landscape design, including the restaurant terraces. The palette of colors and materials is inspired from the mesmerizing natural colors of SAND and the SEA.

The project is in renovation phase and expected to be completed very soon!
